ART 331 Jackson Hole Photography Workshop is a 3 credit upper-level art elective for School of Art and Design majors and is included in the School's Global Positioning Studies (GPS) Initiative .
It also fulfills a 3 credit requirement for Photography minors and a Humanities elective for non-majors. The course is offered through the Office of Global Affairs at WVU and is a popular course for non-traditional students as well.
The course includes pre departure and post travel virtual and in-person meetings and a seven-day travel component to visit sites throughout the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. The Summer 2024 travel dates are June 16-22, 2024 and enrollment is strictly limited to 12 students.
